By using AI Shop 24H services, you accept these terms for all accounts, workspaces, keys, and related API usage.

  • If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service.

Eligibility and account ownership

You must provide accurate account information and maintain authority over workspace members and keys.

  • Account owners are responsible for workspace-level governance.
  • You must secure credentials and restrict unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activities from your account and keys.
  • Use of shared or compromised credentials is prohibited.

API keys and security responsibilities

API keys are sensitive credentials and must be handled as production secrets.

  • Do not expose API keys in public repositories or client-side code.
  • Rotate keys periodically and after suspected compromise.
  • Apply key-level limits to mitigate abuse and accidental overuse.
  • Revoke unused keys promptly as part of regular audits.

Acceptable use restrictions

You may not use the service in ways that violate law, abuse infrastructure, or bypass controls.

  • No malicious traffic, denial-of-service behavior, or credential abuse.
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer or circumvent service protections.
  • No illegal content workflows where prohibited by applicable law.
  • No unauthorized resale or misuse of platform access.

Billing, credits, and payments

Usage is charged based on metered consumption and selected plan conditions.

  • You are responsible for reviewing usage and invoices regularly.
  • Credits, packages, and limits may have plan-specific constraints.
  • Payment failures may result in service interruption.
  • Promotional balances may be subject to expiry and separate conditions.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for severe violations, abuse, or unpaid balances.

  • Account closure does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
